In "Master Pizza," participants individually create their own pizzas using a variety of ingredients in a well-equipped kitchen. Post-baking, teams taste and judge each pizza, choosing the best one representing their joint effort in taste and creativity. This pizza is presented to a jury for evaluation based on flavor, originality, and presentation. This activity encourages personal creativity while highlighting teamwork and collective decision- making, offering a distinctive team-building experience.
Teams are judged on teamwork, innovation, taste, and presentation. Each team presents their best pizza, sharing the inspiration behind it, which adds a personal narrative to their creation. The jury, consisting of the chef and the event manager, evaluates the pizzas for flavour, creativity, and presentation, highlighting both culinary skills and team collaboration. The winning team is awarded a trophy, symbolising their achievement in this engaging team-building event.
